Thanks for your help!

This past Memorial Day Weekend, Falling Water Gardens did $1800 in sales. As we promised, 10% of our total sales will go to the Everett Vet Center. The Center operates under the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Its focus is to be an advocate for veterans and their families to ensure they receive all the benefits that are available to them. They provide much needed counseling services, including a special program for veterans and their families who are coping with post-traumatic stress. The Everett site is one of 23 VA Vet Centers to open across the country in the past two years. The centers are staffed by teams of counselors and outreach specialists, many of them combat veterans.

The 2010 Northwest Flower and Garden Show

Our presence at this year's show was admittedly scaled back compared to some of our past gardens, but it helped earn a gold medal none the less! We were part of a collaboration of Award Winning Designers, Artisans, and Craftsmen. The garden was a combination of black, white, yellow and chartreuse and included a water feature composed of three “twisty” black pots and a chartreuse green “toggle” pot with water flowing out into a shallow pool.

This show was a lot of fun and as usual, tons of work. Overall it was very well received. We in the Pacific Northwest are lucky to host this world class display of gardens, knowledge and know-how.

Did you like our water feature this year? You can have one just like it for a very reasonable price. Contact us for a quote. If you’d like to learn how to install your own water feature like this one please come to our Pots, Bubblers and Spitters class.
